7 So God made the [a]expanse and separated (A)the waters which were below the [b]expanse from the waters (B)which were above the [c]expanse; and it was so. 8 And God called the [d]expanse heaven. And there was evening and there was morning, a second day.

9 Then God said, “(C)Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let (D)the dry land appear”; and it was so.
